Remark:

1. Room Price charged in THB., inclusive breakfast for 2 person, 10% service charge and 7% Tax

4. Compulsory Dinner for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve,
• On 24th December 10. = 2,000 THB. Child under 12 yrs half price.
• On 31st December 10. = 2,500 THB. Child under 12 yrs half price.

Advance Purchase:
1. Credit Card: full pre-payment at the time of booking. VISA / MasterCard are acceptable.
2. Money Transfer: within 3 working days*

**Please be informed;
- A money transfer fee is not included with the room rate
- The difference of money transferred balance will be informed to your e-mail. A bank evidence document is an attachment.
- The difference of money transferred balance should be paid at resort check in counter.

2. Cancellation Policy
A total amount is refundable, if a cancellation has been done before (00:00) a mid-night Thailand time (GMT+7)
Low season   :     14 days prior an arrival date
High season :     21 days prior an arrival date
Peak season :     30 days prior an arrival date
*** A money refund fees will be subtracted from the total amount by the bank

3. Late Cancellation / No-Show / Early check out Policy
Low season   :     1 room night is charged
High season :     2 room nights are charged
Peak season :     Total amount is charged (non-refundable)

4. Early Check Out :   1 night of accommodation fee apply for all early check out.
